What You'll Do

  • Reporting to the Manager, Learning and Communications, you’ll develop, implement, maintain and measure communications plans.
  • You’ll consider ways to improve the Automotive Services communication processes.
  • You’ll love to lend a hand to other AMA departments when they need communications/editorial support.
  • You’ll represent Automotive Services on all communications-related projects and issues.
  • You’ll support the management team with presentations, campaign launches, event management, special projects, and development of communications including newletters and muti media materials.
  • You’ll work closely with Marketing and Web Services on Automotive Services related content and materials.
  • You’ll work closely with Corporate Communications and ensure you’re aligned with their communication initiatives.
  • You’ll ensure that other business units are kept informed of new initiatives, products and service.

What You've Done

  • Ideally, you have a post-secondary degree in marketing, communications or public relations. If your degree is in another discipline, tell us how it relates to this role.
  • You’re proven – you have a minimum of 5 years experience in a communications role
  • You know how to build strong business relationship with other members of the team.
  • You know the ins and outs of persuasive written communication skills.
