When friends and family have computer problems, you’re the first person they call; you’re basically the Microsoft Whisperer. You appreciate the dance between strategy and technology, and your end game is always to exceed your client’s expectations with purposeful, well-designed solutions. The architecture, implementation and maintenance of Active Directory solutions are what get your heart racing, as you thrive in an environment of constant evolution. And when it comes to your co-workers, you treat them with the respect, thoughtfulness and honesty of family (we like that about you).

What Moves You

  • You’re a visionary and forward-thinker who loves finding new ways to grow business through leading-edge technology and applications.
  • You’re a natural mentor, supportive coach, and enthusiastic cheerleader who enjoys collaborating with other people. Bringing out the best in others, brings out the best in you.
  • You’re a diplomatic negotiator. Seriously, you could work for the United Nations.
  • You’re a right and left-brained thinker, with an approach that balances creative innovation and “rubber to the road” practicality.

What You'll Do

  • Report to the Supervisor, Enterprise Applications.
  • Provide expertise on Enterprise Services, such as Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS), Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Domain Name System (DNS), and Group Policy architecture, management and support.
  • Implement and configure all Office 365 modules, as well as provide maintenance and daily support.
  • Contribute knowledge of values, principles and practices to help IT continuously improve.
  • Actively participate in AMA’s IT community, sharing and re-applying skills and knowledge to encourage best practices.
  • Keep current with trends and issues in the IT industry, including emerging processes and technologies.
  • Live out AMA’s values of integrity, respect, excellence, innovation, stewardship, collaboration and open and honest communication.
  • Discuss high-level strategy with senior leadership but also roll up your sleeves to handle the little details that matter so much.

What You've Done

  • You have a university degree in computer science, information technology or business. If your degree is in something else, tell us how it will help you excel in this role.
  • You have at least six years of Active Directory experience – this isn’t your first rodeo. You get a gold star if you have a firm grasp of Azure Active Directory.
  • You’re a PowerShell genius (hey, this is no time for modesty!).
  • You have a deep understanding of all things Microsoft. Certification puts you at the head of the pack.

We thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
