Shift Lead, Roadside Assistance, Contact Centre


Position Info:

This position is primarily responsible to provide direction and support to Member Service Representatives (MSRs) and remote agents to ensure members receive exemplary service with every contact. The position is also the first point of resolution for member concerns and is called upon to resolve complex member issues. Shift Leads review the contact centre performance in real time to ensure staff is effectively managing their time and overall adherence in a 24x7 work environment.

Additional Comments:

The AMA Roadside Assistance Communication Centre operates 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.  The shifts, although assigned, may be subject to change in order to address call volumes and/or operational needs; therefore, flexibility is required. We are currently looking to fill a full time, 40 hour/week position, with hours of work being 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, Tuesday to Saturday.
