Position Info:
The Bridgewater Bank Customer Experience team is currently seeking an Auxiliary Customer Experience Specialist to join their team.
Our in house training and development team will work closely with you to build the required competencies for the position. Shifts may be scheduled any time between the hours of 6am – 11pm, Monday – Sunday. Candidates must be flexible in terms of their ability to work any shifts through-out our operating hours.
Major Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
(Include but are not limited to)

Provide pleasant and professional customer service over the telephone to current and potential customers.

Process customer requests for new services, changes in existing services and any specialty services that they request.

Assist customers in choosing Bridgewater Bank products by promoting the features and benefits of our products.

Utilize empowerment to resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively
-
Meet or exceed Customer Service Centre goals

Enthusiastically participate in a motivating work environment

Participate in outbound call initiatives
Background (Education/Licenses/Work Experience):
-
Grade 12 or equivalent experience in a customer service or sales role.

Call Centre experience and asset
-
Banking experience an asset
Skills & Proficiency:
-
Proficient with computer software programs including, but not limited to Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office Suite
-
Attention to detail and results orientated
-
Ability to listen and effectively understand a situation; able to respond with clarity and professionalism.

Team player with superior communication skills both written and verbal

Excellent telephone etiquette

Proven ability to work in an environment committed to teamwork and trust
