Position Info:
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide administrative and operational support to the Mortgage Servicing department.
Major Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
(Include but are not limited to)

Provide superior customer service to partners and customers
-
Show efficiency, flexibility and innovation when it comes to operational practices
-
Processing entries through Wealthview and RBC
-
Preparing information and payout statements, discharge documents and interest billing letters
-
Processing Payouts, Assumptions, ROC’s, Ports and ARM conversions
-
Responsible for daily bank deposit
-
Collecting shortfall and issuing surplus
-
Prompt processing of inbox, LOC’s, PIA accounts and files
-
Accurate and timely submission of documents
-
Archiving items to Calgary Archives
-
Investigate and provide resolution to escalated issues
-
Other duties as assigned
Background (Education/Licenses/Work Experience):
-
Minimum 2 years mortgage processing experience or financial institution experience
Skills & Proficiency:

Computer literate with ability to adapt to new systems and work on different programs at the same time

Strong communication and organizational skills

Superior commitment to partners and customers

Ability to manage multiple files and prioritize each effectively in a deadline oriented environment
